Integration with other accounting software

Export payroll transactions so you can add them to your accounting software on Sage Payroll.

You can post payroll journal values. Set up an integration between your accounting and payroll accounts.


Set up your Accounting integration

  1. Go to Accounting Integration and Click Set up other Accounting integration.

  2. Enter the GL account number you use to show the payments to your employees.

  3. Complete all mandatory fields then click Next.

  4. Match each pay component to the correct account by entering the GL account number.
    Complete all Earnings, Deductions, Benefits and Company contributions GL accounts.

  5. Select Finish.
