Export payroll journal entries to Accounting

How to export payroll journal entries from Sage Payroll and HR to a CSV file.

After you complete your pay runs and set up integration, you can access all payroll journal entries in the Accounting Integration section. The system lets you export a CSV file that can be used in other accounting software.

  1. On the navigation pane go to Settings.

  2. Select to Accounting Integration.

    📎NOTE: The payroll journal entries and the Send or Export journal options appear.

  3. Select Export journal.
    The system downloads a CSV file that you can import into Other Accounting.
