The Employment Tax Incentive (ETI) exclusion reason setting allows you to indicate that a company doesn't qualify for ETI.

Select the App switcher in the top-left corner.

Select the arrow icon, then select Payroll.

In the navigation pane, select Settings.

Scroll down to ETI exclusion reason.

Select the applicable exclusion reason to disqualify the company from ETI.

3. In the navigation pane, select Settings.
4. Select Tax Setup.
5. Select the Statutory tab.
6. Scroll down to ETI exclusion reason.
7. Select the applicable exclusion reason to disqualify the company from ETI.
8. Save your changes.
