A Net Pay report prints an employee payment breakdown, per pay run.
To generate a Net report:
Before you start
Before you can generate reports, you need to:
Add a new company
Add new employees
Add a new pay run
Select Reports then Payroll.
Click Net Pay.
Enter the below information.
Frequency | Select a desired Frequency |
Pay Group | Select the pay group you want to view on the report |
Tax year | Select tax year you want to print the report |
Pay Run | Select your finalised pay run |
Payment type | Select the payment |
Report type | Select whether you need a summary or detailed report |
4. Select Create PDF.
