Generate a Net Pay report

How to generate a Net Pay report on Sage Payroll.

A Net Pay report prints an employee payment breakdown, per pay run.

To generate a Net report:


Before you start

Before you can generate reports, you need to:

  1. Add a new company

  2. Add new employees

  3. Add a new pay run


  1. Select Reports then Payroll.

  2. Click Net Pay.

  3. Enter the below information.

Frequency

Select a desired Frequency

Pay Group

Select the pay group you want to view on the report

Tax year

Select tax year you want to print the report

Pay Run

Select your finalised pay run

Payment type

Select the payment

Report type

Select whether you need a summary or detailed report

4. Select Create PDF.
