The Fixed Payslip Values tab stores pay components and values that apply to a specific employee. Add earnings, deductions, benefits, and other pay components without changing the payslip setup for other employees.
Fixed payslip values act as a template for an employee's pay.
The values entered here are used each time you process a pay run for this employee.
Go to Employees from the menu.
Select the employee you want to update.
Open the Fixed Payslip Values tab.
Add or update the required pay components.
Enter the applicable fixed amount or rate for each component.
Select Save to apply the changes.
