How to add or remove employees from a work zone.

If you want employees to only be able to clock in/out when they are in a certain area, or you want to know if they were outside of an area when they clocked in/out, you must assign them to a work zone.

You can assign them to one as you create a work zone, or you can assign users retrospectively.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings

  2. On the settings menu click Timesheets, then click Time clocking.

  3. Under Geofencing click Eligibility next to the relevant work zone.

  4. Select the relevant employees, then click Add.

📌TIP: You can assign employees to multiple work zones. If you assign an employee to multiple work zones, for the restrictive clock-in option to work, all assigned work zones must have the same setting.
