Further customisation to employee permissions
Employee users are automatically assigned as 'Employee' in your list of permission roles.
You can further configure what this 'Employee' role can do or access via Settings > Permissions > Permissions > Select Employee.
For example, if you want an employee user to be able to see other employees in the Company Directory, rather than just themselves.
Below are some examples of permissions you can configure that would be relevant for a typical employee user:
Upload documents
View documents
Access to other employee profiles
Access emergency contacts
Add time off requests
Cancel time off requests
Edit time off requests
View time off details
๐NOTE: Some permissions you will see listed that are only relevant for when you add the Core HR and Leave Management modules.
