You can create meeting templates to use for 1-to-1s, which you can then select when you book a 1-to-1 meeting.

This saves you time having to set up a 1-to-1 template for every meeting you schedule. For example, you may want to use a standard template for every monthly catch-up between and manager and their employee.

Add a new 1-to-1 meeting template

You can create new templates from within Performance settings.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu click Performance, then click 1-to-1.

  3. Scroll down to 1-to-1 meeting templates, then click Add.

  4. Enter a title for the template, and if required enter a description too.

  5. Select which teams you want this template to apply to.

By default, All teams is selected. If you want it to be a specific team, deselect All teams, then select the relevant team(s).

  6. Select what you want to include in the template.

📎NOTE: Some options, such as Goals, only appear if they are enabled from within your Performance general settings.

  7. If you select Discussion topics, click Add sections to add questions to be asked in the meeting.

  8. Name the section, and if required enter a description.

  9. Enter a question. To create an additional question click ➕ underneath a question.

If you have more than one question, to change the order of the questions click and hold on the arrows next to a question, then drag it up or down to move it where you want it to be.

📌TIP: If you want to create an additional section, click Add section.

  10. Once you are done, click Save.

The meeting template is listed and can be selected when a 1-to-1 is scheduled.

Existing meeting templates you can preview, edit or delete.
