Control global permissions

Configure settings which are applied to all users, including admins.

These permissions settings apply to all employees, including admin users.

To get to Global permissions:

  1. Click your email address in the top-right-hand corner, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu, click Permissions, then click Global.

πŸ“ŒTIP: Any changes to settings in Global permissions you make, ensure you scroll down and click Save.


Access to Core HR features

The following functions you can enable or disable for all users:

  • Assets

  • Documents

  • Emergency contacts

  • Notes

  • Onboarding

  • Tasks

  • Training

  • Compensation


Employee profile tabs

Choose what tabs you want to show in employees' profiles

  • Personal

  • Documents

  • Emergency


Employee information fields

Choose fields you want to be applicable for employee profiles that can either be filled out by admins, managers or the employee themselves.

  • Title (Mr./Mrs.)

  • Nationality

  • Employment status

  • Work phone

  • Driving licence

  • State

  • LinkedIn

  • Skype

  • Gender

  • Martial status

  • Employee #

  • Street 2

  • Home phone

  • Mobile phone


Employee Dashboard widgets

Select what widgets you want to have shown on an employee's dashboard.
