About the Timesheets module in Sage HR.

The Timesheets module helps you track the hours employees work over a set period. You can then use this information to work out pay or manage holiday allowances.

What can I use it for?

Use timesheets to cut down on admin, reduce mistakes, and save time with self‑service tracking.

Self‑service timesheets

  • Let employees log time spent on projects and tasks themselves

  • Track working hours more accurately with clock‑ins, so pay and overtime calculations are correct

  • Allow staff to clock in and out quickly using the Sage HR app, with timesheets updating automatically

  • Plan work more easily by seeing who’s worked, who’s off, and who still needs approval
