Manage your subscription (ZA)

How to change your subscription on Sage Payroll.

Effective subscription management ensures uninterrupted access to Sage services and features.

This includes queries such as:

  • Add new modules

  • Remove modules

  • Change your billing details

  • Cancel your subscription

  • View invoices


  1. Go to your name in the top-right-hand corner, then select Manage business account.

  2. Select Subscriptions then Manage subscriptions.

  3. Make the necessary changes to your subscription, then click select Subscription.
    Changes will update on the screen with your new subscription and Pricing plan.

  4. Click Apply selections to complete the process.
