When you set up 2FA you can choose to receive your authentication passcode to be sent by text.
If you find that a verification text from Sage doesn't arrive as expected don't worry, there are a few things you can check.
Wait 10 minutes
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the code to arrive and check your phone signal to make sure you can receive text messages. After waiting click Resend code and wait for another text.
Log in using your recovery code or recovery method
If the text still doesn't arrive, log in using your recovery code that you were provided with when you first set up 2FA.
Alternatively, use your recovery email address or phone number if you set one up.
📎NOTE: If you don't have access to any recovery method:
Employee user- Contact your employer who can look into resetting your 2FA so you can set it up again
Admin user - If you're an Admin user with the 2FA issue yourself, contact Sage support.
