If you need to view uploaded documents from your phone, you can view these on the Sage HR app.
Tap Workspace, then tap My profile.
Under MY ACCOUNT, tap Documents.
Here you can see all your available document categories, and see how many documents are in each.
Tap on the relevant category. Documents show in date order.
Tap on the document you want to view for details of that document, such as its document number, who the document was added by, or any notes that were added etc.
Preview the document
To preview the actual document itself, click on the image under View your document.
In this preview, you can share the document to download it, or even edit it on your phone.
Download document
As well as from the preview option, you can also download a document via the three dots on the top right when you view the document details.
