Disabling a trackable document category removes it from document uploads and stops tasks linked to that category. You can enable the category again at any time.
Disable a trackable document category
Select your name in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Select Employee data.
Select Trackable documents.
Select Disable next to the category.
Confirm by selecting Disable trackable document type.
After you disable the category:
It no longer appears when you upload documents
Sage HR removes all employee assignments
Employees no longer receive tasks to provide the document
Re-enable a trackable document category
Follow the same steps and select Enable instead.
📎NOTE: You can’t delete a trackable document category. After you create one, you can only disable or re‑enable it.
