You can add a goal for your company to keep track of its progress on things they are looking to achieve as a company.

It's easy to create a goal via Goals in the main menu. We'll show you how.

πŸ“ŽNOTE: Depending on how the Goals module was set up, Goals may be referred to as an OKR in your Sage HR, so any reference to the term 'goal' you can substitute with OKR.

  1. Click Goals on the main menu.

  2. Select the Company goals tab at the top, then click Add goal.

πŸ“ŒTIP: You can also click Add goal from other goals tabs too.

A Create a new goal window appears. This window is the same no matter which tab you added a goal from.

Click the Company goals tile.

  6. Select your goal visibility, which controls who can see this goal.

    You can either:

    • Make it public so can be seen by everyone in the company.

    • Make it private so can only be seen by users with admin rights
