If you've been sent a document to sign, but you can't find the document or you can't sign it, there are a few things to check.
Don't use the Sage HR app
Please make sure you're trying to sign an eSignature document via a web browser.
📎NOTE: eSignature documents can't be accessed on the Sage HR app.
Look on your Dashboard
The document to sign should appear under the My tasks widget on your Dashboard.
Try a different browser
If you have a problem trying to sign the document, try accessing Sage HR on a different internet browser e.g. use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
If you continue to have problems trying to sign the document, please contact your HR admin so they can investigate this.
