Single‑instance: All recipients sign one shared document

Can I sign a document I created?
Yes. Add yourself as a recipient when you send the document.
Can someone edit a document during signing?
No. Sage HR locks the document during setup and signing.
What happens after a signable document expires?
If someone doesn't complete the document by the expiry date, the document and signature requests will expire and won't be signable anymore.
What happens when a document expires?
Sage HR stops signing requests after the expiry date. Send a new request after this date to anyone who hasn't signed it yet.
Can I send documents outside my company?
No. You can send documents only to users in your Sage HR company.
Can I download documents?
Yes, but only after all recipients sign the document.
Can I sign documents on the mobile app?
Yes. You can sign documents using the Sage HR mobile app.
Can I add signable documents to onboarding workflows?
No. Sage HR doesn’t support this.
