Why users struggle to assign permissions

Users experience permission issues when they assign access incorrectly across Sage Payroll. Each product requires separate permission configuration, and incorrect user flags prevent proper access.

Users who need admin access but not pay must stay marked as not employees. Changing the flag to Yes creates a payroll record and causes permission and payroll setup issues.
