Generate a reconciliation report

How to generate a reconciliation report in Sage Payroll.

Check that your company details are correct before you create a tax submission. You can update these details if needed. After you create the submission, you can download the relevant reports for the selected tax year and period


Create the tax submission

  1. Select Submissions.

  2. Select Tax submissions.

  3. Select the Create tax submission button.

  4. Check that the company details are correct.

  5. Select Edit details if you need to update the company information.

  6. Select Next.

  7. Make the following selections:

    • Tax year

    • Submission period

    • Pay groups

    • Submission type

Download the reports

Once you create the tax submission, you can download the following reports.

  1. Click Action on the tax submission.

  2. Click View tax submission details.

  3. Click Download Reconciliation report.
